Holley carb date codes

Have a holley with the below numbers on the choke horn: Original GM carb: List-4053 8A1: 3923289-DZ. Did a search on this: 1968 Jan 68. Looked like it could have been on a 396 375 hp car also?? Came off a running car 6 months ago. Looks like super rare opional painted Vacuum and main body edition.

Hello all, I have a holley 3139 carb , from what I found so far, it seems to be a 65-66 396 carb. It has the 3874898 ER on the top, list 3139-1, and the date code of 5A5.The carb was installed at the St Louis plant so a typical correct carb would be dated about 2-4 weeks prior to the cars assembly date.
