Pour some into a glass jar and let your coins soak in the acetone for a few hours. It won't harm the coins. But DON'T scrub the coins clean, just rinse and repeat.

The easiest way to tell Type I from II in 1981 is the fact that on the Type II mint mark, the loops in the S are different sizes. Obviously so. If your coin’s loops are symmetrical, then the coin is a Type I. Yeah I did a lot more reading and came to the conclusion they are type one as well. Thank you.

Not even close. ICG is a minimal grading company, and grades consistently lower than PCGS or NGC. There are some very nice coins in ICG holders (I've bought them, and cracked them out), but the company as a whole has never been an accurate TPG.
