If you are not your teams only engage then wait for the engage to happen then try to go for their carry. You will have a lot more sustain but a little less damage so you have to play it mechanicly better with your ultimate.

Bruiser khazix is just not a thing anymore. Its "assassin with extra health" if you decide to go black cleaver and edge of night. Goredrinker is still ok if you are one tricking Kha, and need to drain tank against like 3 tanks. Other than that its not the move.

I always playing with duskblade cuz I don't like eclipse but I seen that a lot of kha zix players are going with eclipse if they have got a dark harvest, u can go eclipse when ennemies have 2 tanks, and u can go duskblade if going with conqueror duskblade is good if u want to carry every team fights-this is why I am playing conqueror duskblade kha zix.I like to play him with conqueror and with bruiser and assassin items. Conqueror in the paper looks better for kha’zix on season 11 than the current rune. New duskblade has some anti-synergies with kha’zix, plus the big downfall to the damage output (as you can not longer proc it once per ult cast). And the remove of the vision detect passive.
