GED holders had to go the long way to RASP, IE; Big Army and then put in a 4187 for RASP. It may have changed though.
My advice options: Take 11x and hope you get a 40 slot at OSUT (no bonus), wait it out till 11X opt 40 is open again (never know when that will be.
